Other:Was taken by the Daleks and Cyberman to creat a better timelord they added a brain of each and a Dalek heart she can fly and when she uses a Cyberman gun her skin separetes like a cyberman armor does (if you understand that it doesn't sound as gross) she can turn Dalek,Cyberman she can do everything they can, she also has x-ray visioon,telocanisis, and she can talk to the TARDIS

Rebecca was walking along in London she had just turned 4 she had gotten used to what she is it started raining so she ducked under a building umbrella

the doctor landed the tardis and walked out seeing Rebecca
her hand disappeared and came back with a choclate bar (Part of her powers she can pull her hand in to her arm and anything can appear ots kinda weird))
she didn't notice the tardis or the doctor she did look at her locket and sniffled

"Who are you and how do you know my name!?" she said standing up and having a cyberman gun appear

"yeah i regenerated into a woman, i'm not sure where your mum is though"
She just stared at her then took off running
she wasn't paying attention she was looking at her scanners and ran into the tardis and fell backwards

"Yeah I'm Fine...Wait" she stopped and stared at the Tardis then turned around and hugged the doctor

'Talking to T...SO Doctor where are we going?" just then river ran in
