Nikiverse Hi! What's your favorite book that works the mind? Self help suggestions are good too!

Currently I'm reading Thich Nhat Hanh's Understanding the Mind which definitely takes some focus to power through. Good stuff. Very deep.

Amy (amymarie3) | 7 comments I was entertained and inspired by one called "How to live on 24 hours a day" It is free on Amazon and I spent .99 for the whisper sync Audible version to listen to it. I would recommend the audio version, it's less than 2 hours but is worth at least one listen. It's a light weight one but if you really think about the message it's really good one.

Linda | 8 comments Buddhist Bootcamp and Live Your Dash are two of my favorites!

Tim Anything by Thich Nhat Hahn is good. Check out Parallax Press at, they have an excellent selection. Tricycle magazine has a great website: with lots of resources. Some require a subscription (well worth it). Namaste!
