help!! book 4 isn't available on amazon!!!! Georgina kincaid by richelle mead

hi guys. I'm currently reading the Georgina kincaid series by richell mead. I finished the 3rd and went to buy the 4th on amazon only to find that it isn't currently available on Kindle. does any one know why that is? and I'm also wondering if this is a series that can be borrowed from other Kindle users and if it can, if anyone out there has it for me to borrow. I know there r more books in the series than the first 3. thanks for any and all help.
