Vampire Hunter D by Hideyuki Kikuchi.
I recommend them to anyone into fantasy, science fiction and vampires!

Kageyama Tobio (kageyamatobio) | 13 comments I also haven't read any Japanese novels. Mainly because of the reason that it's not widely available around the region where I live.

Cate (The Professional Fangirl) (chaostheory08) | 59 comments One of my favorites: Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami .

I'll be reading Battle Royale by Koushun Takami some time this year.

I want a copy of this. I heard it's so different from the anime.

Lately, I've expanded my Japanese books list. I recently finished The Devotion of Suspect X by Keigo Higashino.

I recently bought VHD Vol 14, but haven't had a minute to read it!
