Ashley Marie I just finished the last book. This may very well be the best trilogy I've ever read.

Ashley Marie For being a paranormal fantasy, Lex's relationships in the books came off feeling so realistic -- interactions with her sister, her uncle, her parents, her friends and enemies. It was instant relatability with her too; we've all been sixteen with attitude problems, although Lex gets them worse than most. The world-building was imaginative right down to the little details. There was plenty of action and things got surprisingly deep in places, and you couldn't go three pages without a sarcastic comment or witty one-liner that kept me laughing. By the end of the third book I was so invested in all of these characters and hated to see them go, but Damico pulled it off brilliantly.
