I'm listening to
right now. I'm working on this while making tidying the kitchen and getting some Wassail (like Apple Cider) started on the stove and doing some updates on the computer.
I'm starting today off with Jane Eyre, in bed with coffee and a cat. Good way to start ANY day, IMO :)
Just finished off the audiobook of How to Be a Good Creature: A Memoir in Thirteen Animals. I only had 30 minutes left of the book to listen to coming into the readathon. It has been perfect for listening as I catch up with the social media side of things.I am also continuing The Black Cauldron.
I've finished Venus In The Blind Spot by Junji Ito. Now I'm starting All My Colors by David Quantic.
I am finishing The Radium Girls: The Dark Story of America's Shining Women and continuing to read The Theban Plays: Antigone, King Oidipous and Oidipous at Colonus.
Gretel By Christopher Coleman! so far its well written and a totally different style then i have been readin lately!
I’m reading The Death is Mrs. Westaway. Started at around 9:15 (late start😩) and am on page 127 now.
Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier on audiobook. Unfortunately I'm not loving it but it's my bookclub pick for the month so I'm trying to get through at least a decent chunk of it.
Took a break from the Bronte for something lighter: Shakespeare Wrote for Money, which is going much faster. I think maybe Jane Eyre should be saved and savored another day.
Totally late to the game. I listened to some of Jane Austen’s Mansfield Park in the car this afternoon, and am also finishing Moonlight on my Mind by Jennifer McQuiston. Taking care of my toddler lol........so will be in and out.
Just finished Five Days at Memorial (which I started before the read-a-thon) and now continuing with Well-Read Black Girl.

Avid Reader, I am finishing up the Miss Marple series this year. I will return to Agatha Christie another year to read the Inspector Poirot series. Enjoy!
