No. Just Google it. XD

message 6: by Marie (new)

Marie (naturechild02) No idea what cups are. I use tampons.
I have hyperosmia so I can smell when a chick is on the rag and using a pad. Seriously, it's gross!

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) Cups are basically a small bowl thing that goes "in there" and the blood collects in it. It's like a reusable tampon and they HURT

Tampy's are the best way to go, I dislike pads because they feel bulky and feel un hygienic.

message 8: by Marie (new)

Marie (naturechild02) Oh, I just looked up cups. They sound uncomfortable.
If you want to go the "environmentally safe" route, just go old school and use a rag. It's what people used before tampons.
Hence why I call it being on the rag. Just wash it out in cold water and reuse.
Yeah, pads get on my nerves and tend to give my sensitive bits a rash, ick. Plus... the smell.

✖ Qᴜᴇᴇɴ ✖ (notonguewithbutt) And it's soo nasty cause it's just sitting there and constantly coming in contact with your skin. Ew.

I swear, I tried a cup once and I felt like I was giving birth

Marie (naturechild02) Certain things just should not go up there.

Really? On the Diva Cup website it said that it hygenic, environmental, and comfy.

Marie (naturechild02) Advertising strategy.
In the real world we call it stretching the truth. Or lying.

Okay. I'm just sick and tired of pads (BLOOD. EVERYWHERE) and I'm just icked out by the thought of putting a tampon up my vagina.

message 14: by Marie (new)

Marie (naturechild02) Back in the day it was rags so we're pretty lucky to have these little tampons. Just start with a small size and see how you like it. If you hate it, go back to pads. Try different brands of both pads and tampons to see which works best/most comfortable for you.
At this point, I think I've tried them all.

message 15: by Marie (new)

Marie (naturechild02) And as far as environmentally safe, they put out a lot of tampons that are biodegradable now. Even some applicators are.

Really! Wow!

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Well, it all depends on the occasion - as weird as that sounds.
When I'm traveling, dancing or doing any sort of physical activity, I use tampons. I change every two hours.
But, if I'm just lounging about, then I use a pad, since I couldn't be bothered to use a tampon. And the smell? Well, I change my pad every hour and half.

Christina Gizzi | 83 comments I'm nervous about tampons, so pads all the way.

Kendra G. ツ ~There is some good in this world, and it's worth fighting for~ (12kendrag) | 441 comments Ikr? Tampons...I tried it the first time and it just doesn't feel right.

message 21: by Christina (new)

Christina Gizzi | 83 comments I haven't tried it yet, and don't really want to. Just the thought give me the creeps, but I know I eventually have to try it.

message 23: by Yara (new)

Yara | 41 comments i did try it but it just really hurt, so i prefer pads...

But pads make me feel gross.

message 27: by ⓔⓜⓘⓛⓨ (new)

ⓔⓜⓘⓛⓨ (mimi1mimi0) Pad's are gross, cup's are out of question, and I hate tampon's.

message 28: by Christina (new)

Christina Gizzi | 83 comments So then what do you do??

message 29: by ⓔⓜⓘⓛⓨ (new)

ⓔⓜⓘⓛⓨ (mimi1mimi0) I just use pad's. When I do a sport or something, I use a tampon. I mean honestly, I don't see why we should be punished for not being pregnant. Couldn't it be, like, water or something?

message 31: by ⓔⓜⓘⓛⓨ (new)

ⓔⓜⓘⓛⓨ (mimi1mimi0) yeah lol

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

Mom won't let me use tampons

message 38: by Christina (new)

Christina Gizzi | 83 comments I guess it would depend on the person. And the brand

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)
