SOLVED. Demon Reverse Harem and Female Hunter New Adult Book Series

Trying to recall the name and author of a book series. Female main character who lives with a best friend. Character is a thief/hunter of some kind (can't remember exact details). She unknowingly saves a demon who is trapped in an artefact - I think the demon's name ends up being Maddox (maybe). She ends up saving other demons who have been trapped and bound by the mages in society. She saves another demon named Grey (I think that was the name of the second demon she saves).
