Incorrect Author Name/Can't Claim/Duplicate

Hello,
I have a few issues with a book I am the author of...
1. Can't claim because author name is listed incorrect, there are spaces between the K.P. on the book listing, my profile does *not* include spaces
2. There are two listed copies - one has the incorrect ISBN
Correct ISBN is: 978-1-946335-34-0
