No thank you! I don't believe that this forum for readers is the right place for political propaganda.

I appreciate your “no thank you”.

But what if I, as the author, was a participant in the process, with a legitimate perspective, rendered respectfully? While many may disagree with my opinions, in which case, they can simply disregard them, hopefully they’ll agree not to stifle the free speech we all value.

Because the truth is I was part of promoting that free speech when I worked on behalf of Barack Obama and George W Bush and Donald Trump.

I’ll end here (for now) with a thanks to the moderator for allowing my post to remain up for discussion.
