Add books to series

We have published a prequel novella and so this book and the following book are now a series.

Please could you create a series page and link them?

I tried to make a series and got an error when I saved it.
I tried to make it again. Now there are 2. I will get the second one removed. I just wanted you to know that I was still working on it.
