Original Pub Date Missing - Everything After

It looks like the greenish one is still showing as being sold on the Target website:

But Amazon only has the pink cover:

As the green edition is a kindle we can only go on what amazon has, the green one on Target is a hardcover and we can't use Target as a source.

I've added the audible & ebook editions from amazon & the publisher respectively also.

Changing the green kindle to pink as its well before publishing.

OK everything should be right now. Date fixed.

Added alternative cover editions for the 2 pre-publication covers as I wasn't sure whether either of them had been issued as ARCs. (There was a different pink one as well as the green one).
