This book has an ISBN but is identified as a Kindle. Is it available on other platforms besides Amazon?

Kindle editions are different than ebooks.

If you use the ISBN, it should be identified as an ebook.

If you identify a NOOK it has a unique number that starts with a 2 and can be put in the ISBN13 field

If you identify that a book is a Kindle, it should have an ASIN.

These are considered separate editions much as a paperback, mass market paperback and hardback are separate editions.
