Meghalee Mitra | 37 comments I have a Postgraduate degree in Literature, and worked as a freelance writer-editor for over 5 years. I have critiqued and edited several books which (yay) have gone into publishing. I provide extensive in-line critique, mark out portions that work / don't work and why. I also give detailed tips and references on how to make those portions better. I'm also a very honest critic, and you can expect to hear tough, well-meaning criticism from me.

My charge is $1 per 1,000 words. When you reach 100,000 words, price reduces to $0.5 So, 100k MSS would cost $100, but a 200k MSS would cost $150.

For reference to my quality of work, you can check the reviews of my beta reading gig at as well as reviews under my offer page :

Please mail me at if you'd like to collaborate.

Looking forward!
