YA Fiction - teenager named Lolly living in small town, who is a baton twirler, possibly the majorette, lives with mother and I think grandmother, gets pregnant and hides it. I think they lived in a trailer house. I think the book was published in the 1970's, but may have been set earlier. There was a later book about Lolly's daughter who she abandoned with her mother and grandmother.
