David | 48 comments Hello,

Please modify the data from this book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...

The title, description, cover image, and all other data should be exactly the same as https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3..., with the difference that the first one is paperback and the second hardcover.

They appear as different edition of the same book (which indeed they are, since one is paperback and the other hardcover), but somehow my account has saved both books separately, why could that be?

Thank you in advance for the modifications and best regards,
David

Emily | 15012 comments The books are not the same, as you mentioned. Users have the ability to shelve multiple editions of the same book; you may have done that inadvertently.
Here is how to take one off:

David | 48 comments Thank you for the information, Emily. It is very useful, I will take that into account.

The data from the book (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...) is still incorrect, though:
- "La invención de la naturaleza" is not the full title (it is "La invención de la naturaleza. El nuevo mundo de Alexander von Humboldt".
- "Rare book" is not the description of the book (it is this one below*).
- The cover image is a very low quality one (the other edition, with the same cover image, has a good one or available here) and clicking in "descargar portada).
- It would be nice to have the translator name added also (María Luisa Rodríguez Tapia).

Thank you in advance if anyone can correct the information!

Emily | 15012 comments I've added the details and what looks to be a better quality image from Book Depository. We have a list of what qualifies as acceptable sources for covers, if you are interested:
