Your task this month is to read at least 1 book that WON a book award in September. Any year ... as long as the award was presented in September. What will you read?

To get you started ... The Women's Prize for Fiction is being awarded in September this year.

Dragon Con Awards are usually presented in September.

* Comment below with the book you're reading for the challenge and the award it won and the date it was presented. Mark it CHALLENGE COMPLETE if you've read the book.

I haven't read Home Fire - but I enjoyed American Marriage.

Looks like the awards during those years were presented in June.

CHALLENGE COMPLETE!

Home Fire wasn't all that great, but we agree on An American Marriage. That was unexpectedly good (compared to other books on that list)

Taking some liberties - started The Twisted Ones by T. Kingfisher in September (finished in October) - which won a 2020 Dragon Award for Horror.
