It will be the official SussexWelsh table, Tech ..... also known as the EPL version. As you say, alphabetical order should be used for teams with the same goal difference and goals scored.

Did I mention that last season has now been ruled null and void?

Alphabetical order looks good but I can't see what you predicted for goals scored

For example a team beginning with 'B' that won 4-2, would be above a team beginning with 'A' that won 3-1.

although the "worldfootball.net/table" isn't putting all the results with the identical result into alphabetical order.
You'll have to do that yourself, I think

Then I'm slightly confused. I used the Worldfootball.net site that Sussex posted, and West Brom were placed above Everton in the table even though they are both on -2 points. I figured this was because the West Brom game was at 2pm and the Everton game was at 4.30pm.

It's not a secret. I lived there for a year while doing my library training. Went to every game in that stellar season - all the way to Wembley and the Cup Final. What a day! Not so memorable was the day at Wolverhampton when we went down by a goal and the train stopped at Derby on the way home. I've followed their progress for nearly 50 years.
