Combining two editions of new book — help please!

Dear Librarians,

I’m an author with a new book Blue Sky Kingdom, releases Aug 29 in Canada and Oct 6 in US with different publishers. The book currently has two separate listings, and attempts by publishers to combine have failed so far. Are you able to help? Thx in advance, Bruce
