Middle school/YA Romance set on a boat

I read it ~2013. I think the word anchor might be in the title, but I'm not to sure. Girl MC is forced to join her dad and his team doing research on a boat. One member of the team is the love interest of the novel. As they talk the girl MC enjoys the trip more and more, but the dad character doesn't want them to date(?)
