This was one of the most beautiful, heartbreaking romance novels I’ve ever read. An artist (woman, blonde already in a relationship) advertises for a naked artist to come to her studio apartment for a drawing. She tries to keep her distance, just drawing his body. I think he had one or more tattoos. He drove off on his motorcycle. He was a pre med student. They fall hopelessly in love. He came from a really rough background. He had sex with a heroin addict well before he met her and eventually dies with her by his side of AIDS and she rides off in to the sunset on his motorcycle. There was this scene where she confronts his parents about the abuse he experienced at the hands of a priest that just shattered my heart. It was one of the most beautiful and absolutely soul crushing love stories I’ve ever read. Please help me find this book.
