Male teacher on trial for affair with female student

I think I read this book within the last 5 years. I remember that a girl had an affair with her teacher and then later he went on trial. When she went to testify against him she saw that he was still together with his wife and that she was pregnant. I'm reading My Dark Vanessa right now, and it made me remember this other book, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was called.
