Book Covers & Duplicate Books

Hello,
If someone could help please.

I have two book published through D2D in which I end up with duplicate books (due to D2D ISBN, and then Amazon ASN).

Tough Nut and Return Flight both need Covers and proper merging.

1. covers added

2. these are not duplicates, but different editions of the same work. Kindle editions are different editions from ebooks, much as paperbacks and hardbacks are different print edition of the same work. I combined them into the same work.
