Hi all - I am running a One Book program at work. 5 books were introduced and voted on to come up with one book that everyone would read to discuss issues about BLM. The book chose was Desmond Cole's The Skin We're In: A Year of Black Resistance and Power.
I thought that I would start a thread here to see if anyone is interested as I will be preparing weekly articles, websites and information to go along with the readings.
I hope some of you may join, this book was eye opening for me. It drives home the privilege that I live with and reminded me that I need to pay more attention to things that are happening in Canada... not just to the south of us!!
