One of my favorite highlights from chapter 4 is “to be without a private relationship with God is to be unplugged from your Power Source, operating on whatever power you have within and with no more coming.”

This stood out to me became in order for us to regroup, regain our strength, regain our peace of mind, we have to tap into the very person that gives it to us, God. I used this as a reminder to know where your help and strength comes from.

Chapter 5 was a reminder to pray for the company you keep. Pray that you have the spirit of discernment to see if the people you are close with is Heaven sent. Pray without ceasing.
