September 2020 Readathon - Sign Ups!

Hiya!! Welcome to our first ever, readathon!!

A Brief
This Readathon is a step towards accomplishing reading goals! It will be held monthly with different themes (a.k.a. genres). You will read books under that theme. And there will be prizes for the one who wins.

Rules:
• This month's theme is: Adventure.
• To join, just comment " I'm in!" . Also include the number of books as your goal.
• No penalties would be chanced if you go over or under your goal; it's just for determination.
• This readathon will start from September 1, ending on September 30.
• You have plenty of time to sign up! You can still sign up after the challenge has started.
• Points will be given according to the number of pages in the most rated edition of the book. They are mentioned below.
• You need to review a book properly with your opinions for the book to be counted.
• Buddy Reads are possible, but only within this group. Invite your teen friends if you like! You can put up a Buddy Request here.
• The person who gets the most points wins and gets a PDF book and a badge!

Page Points:
10 - 100 pages = 1 point
100 - 149 pages = 3 points
150 - 249 pages = 4 points
250 - 349 pages = 5 points
350 - 449 pages = 7 points
450 - 549 pages = 10 points
550 - 649 pages = 13 points
650+ pages = 15 points

Extra points:
BOTM = +75%
Buddy Read = +50%
Manga/Graphic Novel/Comic = -20%
Poetry/Cookbook = -10%

Review Points:
One Word = +1 point
One Sentence = +2 points
Synopsis = +3 points
Full and Proper Review = +5 points
No Review = -3 points
