Book titles on another author's page (similar to mine)

Several of my books are on another author's page. I am David Blaze (2 spaces) and he is David Blaze (1 space). In some cases, the paperback is on my profile and the ebook is on his (and shouldn't be). This is an ongoing issue and I realize it always will be. Thank you for updating.

Second issue: My Skunk Goes To School does not show the cover. I need the ability to add this or it can be taken directly from Amazon, which is where the issue began until updated.

1. Your books are appropriately combined.

2. Your series is updated.

3. Your title/series names are standardized to Goodreads naming conventions.

4. I found a few stray editions under other versions of your name, and combined or deleted them as appropriate.

If I missed something please advise.
