How do I add myself to an anthology?

Hi there!

I am trying to claim my author account for the 2nd time. My first application was denied saying I didn't give enough information. Hopefully this time around will be successful. Now, one of the anthologies I am a contributing author for doesn't list all its authors, so I couldn't simply click on my name and claim the account. A different anthology I contributed to did have my name listed, so I applied to claim my account under THAT anthology.

But, my question is... how do I get myself added as a contributing author onto the first anthology? I can't see any button or option to add myself as an author to this book. It's called 72 Hours of Insanity: Anthology of the Games: Volume 7, ASIN: B083KLLGQ4.

Hoping somebody can help me out. Thanks so much!
