We've posted the poll for the August group read. It can be found here.

This month's selections are:
1. Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë
2. The Color Purple by Alice Walker
3. Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad
4. The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck
5. A Separate Peace by John Knowles

The poll will end on August 1. Any comments or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

When I was randomly picking these books, I almost dropped Jane Eyre, thinking we'd already read it. But no, I was mixing up Jane Eyre and Jane Austen. (And also probably mixing up Charlotte Brontë and Emily Brontë.)

Sorry for posting the poll kind of late (again). I meant to do it over the weekend, but it was too busy.
