Thriller (YA/New adults) A girl who went missing and is replaced

So I read this book around 2014-ish. The cover of the book may be kind of blue, and it may have the word girl on it but im not sure. It is about a teen girl who worked in mcdonalds or selling burgers she had a kind of boyfriend or boy she liked. she had a best friend and both of them had like brunch or something like that, and they stole clothes in stores just for fun. There is a little part of the book where the girl says she is living every second like there was someone watching her at all times. At one moment she is in a pool and she notices the dad of her friend is watching her trough the window. She may have two brothers who are twins. And one night she was going home after work, and she dissapeared. Then a woman who is like in her 20s, who is homeless sees that the girl is missing and that she looks like her, and tries to live like she was the girl, the best friend was suspicious about her and i believe she discovers she is not the girl who went missing. At the end, the woman sees the girl maybe on a train station while she is crying.
