There’s also the problem of the delicious professor who knows my secret. He’s hiding something too, and I’m going to find out what it is.

But I’ll have to be careful, because if anyone finds out I’m part demon? I won’t just get kicked out of Seraphim Academy — I’ll be dead.

They seem to be hinting that it's not the demons, which is good for Olivia. I'm actually thinking that it might be a rogue angel faction that wants war with the demons trying to stir things up (hide spoiler)]

I was wondering if her mom was an Archdemon when they were talking about it taking an Archdemon and an Archangel (or their children) to work the Staff of Eternity, but I never would have guessed it was Lilith.
