Frederick slowly fell asleep.
She played with his hair, humming softly to herself
Frederick mumbled something in his sleep.
Frederick smiled in his sleep.
She let go of his hand gently and laid his head on the ground, and stood up
She raised an eyebrow and turned away, yanking her sword out of the wall
Aurora was swinging the sword around to practice
Frederick smiled and watched her.
He got up with his crutches and walked over to her.
"Your really good with a sword." He said.
He chuckled and looked down.
He looks back up and smiled.
She rolled her lips and shuffled her feet
Frederick leaned against a wall and looked at Aurora.
"What are you thinking about?" He asked
"What kind of random stuff?" He asked.
“Death, winning, home...” she listed them off
"You will have all those things." He said.
"You won't have death, I guess." He said
"You might experience death, but you won't die." He said. "Not on my watch."
"Ya I do. You will not die while I'm here." He said.
She shook her head, “you dont know that”
He sighed. "Stop saying that."
She shook her head and closed her hands
"Do you need sleep?" He asked
"Okay. I'll be right here." He said
