Oasis Device? or Store

Has anyone been having trouble getting to (actually INTO) the store with their Oasis?

Here is what happens to be:
1)I hit the store button at the top
2) the storefront comes up no problem
3) I click on deals and nothing happens. Connect revolve but the screen never changes.
4) I reboot and sometimes that helps. However, this reboot does not last more than 24-36 hours.

I never noticed it, but then I usually shop for books on the website using a computer

But one of the options/conveniences of the Oasis is to be able to go to the store at will. I find I buy much less when I can't do it from my Oasis. I don't feel the need to pop from where I'm snuggly/cozy reading -to the computer in another room to decide on buying a book!
