Introduction - Is Agnes Series supernatural?

Hello,

I am an author of a New Adult series and a Young Adult Series. The latest book, Agnes in the Fifth Bardo, is the story of a high school sophomore who dies and travels through the afterlife, meeting angels, demons, gods, demigods and a host of other supernatural beings. I am pretty sure the novel qualifies as "supernatural fiction" but I don't know for sure. It's not out yet but I think you can preview the Kindle. The novel draws from a few sources: The Tibetan Book of the Dead, The Lesser Key of Solomon, The Bible, Edith Hamilton's Mythology, and some other random texts.

My question - is this part of the "Supernatural" genre? Is it "Occult?" Is it "Paranormal"? I want to have dialogues with my readers but I'm not sure who they are!

Duncan, I would say that it sounds like supernatural fiction to me. (Sorry to be slow in responding to your question; for a couple of weeks, my e-mail program was burying my Goodreads updates in my spam filter, and I only discovered that very recently!)
