25% (view spoiler)[I don't remember what I thought about this when I first read it, because apparently that was my pre-Goodreads days (or at least pre- reviewing everything I read) but now I kind of feel like if I had read this before Fangirl I wouldn't have picked up the latter. It's very clear that this was Rowell's first YA novel. (hide spoiler)]

This is a good read for me during work, because I don't end up getting too into the novel itself, but it's still different from the monotony that is my job on a slow night.
