Hello,

Although I set another version of this book as the primary edition, a version with the temporary cover keeps coming up in searches (and is even shown above in this topic). Would it be possible to update this placeholder cover? Here is the placeholder:

This was originally listed as a Kindle edition but it has an ISBN so I changed it to ebook. I can't find this ISBN anywhere--is it from Amazon?
