It takes time for ratings to recalculate. As for the followers you'll have to contact support and see if they can help.

My profile was recently merged as I had another author's books on my profile. I have one 5 star review for my book The Devil's Corssing but the other author's 3.71 rating is still showing on my profile. Can someone remove this? I have also ended up with 12 of her followers - can someone move them back to her? She is also called Hana Cole which is where the confusion came from!
