Combine editions and add covers to translations

Hi,

Please merge following books of Markus Torgeby:
1. Swedish edition: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...
2. English edition: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4... . Ebook edition is also missing cover.

Note: merge and combine have a different meaning on GR; combine means linking editions/translations together, merge means deleting a duplicate edition.

Indeed, I used correct term in title but mixed it up in the text itself, apologies!

For Russian version of the book I provided the link of publisher of audiobook. Official publisher of audiobook is Storyside which is owned by Storytel company, so I guess it should be applicable in this case.
