Regarding this issue, there is a paperback edition on Goodreads with the ISBN associated with the cover art on the publisher's site. Please find it here:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
Is it possible that the paperback edition here:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...
that lacks cover art and an ISBN is a duplicate of the above edition?

Here's the cover art that should be with the Kindle edition: https://images2.penguinrandomhouse.co...

Both the current version and the ARC version of the Kindle are on Goodreads. The current version appears to have the correct cover. See the links below:

ARC Kindle edition:https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

Yes, as a Goodreads author you have the ability to set which edition of the book is the default; the default will come up in searches and will show on your author profile. Here's how:

Yes, I think it is. Is there any way to delete that whole record sine it appears to be just a duplicate?

I wasn't sure why there was a Kindle ARC version when there was already an ARC version. It's clear, though, if anyone looks for the edition.
Thank you so much for taking time to help me understand this better.

The duplicate has been merged into the other edition so that all reviews are retained.

Any format, such as paperback or Kindle, that had an ARC version where the cover was different from the final cover would need to be represented by two different editions so that Goodreads users could add the edition with the cover that they had read.
For instance, the paperback has an image that says that no image is available: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4.... Could someone add the cover art my publisher provided? Here's the correct image: https://images2.penguinrandomhouse.co...
The Kindle edition has the ARC cover: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

And is there any way to have the ARC edition (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...) be the last and not first edition shown when people search for my book? Currently, it appears first.
Thank you!
