I agree that "Vals leven" and "Tot ziens daarboven" do not appear to be the same book based on the publisher listing them separately:

I used "look inside" on amazon.co.uk for Vals leven, and it says "eerder verschenen als Bruidsjurk." So Vals leven is the same book as Bruidsjurk/Robe de marié/Blood Wedding? https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...

There were several other translations of "Robe de marié" also incorrectly combined with "Au revoir là-haut". Separated and combined with "Robe de marié".
