SOLVED. Mystery, YA, kids run over a man and kill him, then receive threatening notes but it’s NOT I know what you did last summer

I read this book about 14 years ago. The cover is mostly blue I think and I’m pretty sure the title is written in what looks like letters cut out from a magazine. It’s about a bunch of kids, two are named Alice and Neil, who run over a guy and kill him and they all cover it up. Then they start getting notes with things they have to do or else something bad will happen to them. Neil doesn’t do one of the things and his house gets burned down with him inside. One of the girls gets a note that says she has to run through the cafeteria naked. That’s everything I remember. I’m looking for it because I never finished it!
