not sure what new fun fresh hell this is... but has been in my GR library and on my amazon account for more than a year and a half, and suddenly now it has no page count. in fact none of the editions of it, kindle, ebook, paperback etc, have page counts... super duper thanks GR, amazon, author, etc...
