Margaret | 9 comments My goal is to read at least one book from every country starting in 2018. As a paleontologist/anthropologist, I do a lot of traveling in person and reading a book from a country before I go there is one way that I prepare. Once I come home, reading books from there is a way to stay in touch with a place I've fallen in love with. Other than traveling to a country and learning the language, there's no better way to get to know its people, customs, and history than through reading.

*By authors from the country in which the book is set.
