We cannot use a cover from one editions for another. What is the source of that image, and which edition (specific ISBN) is it from?

I believe they all use this cover, which is from amazon. In the ebook on the copyright page it says:
" ISBN: 978-1-63487-692-6 (pbk)/ 978-1-63487-694-0 (br) / 978-1-63487-693-3 (sb)"
and it uses that cover, as does this listing of the hardcover and paperback on amazon:

A copyright page will often list other editions' ISBNs. That means nothing about their respective covers. The covers on Amazon can be used only for the edition of each that has the matching ISBN (or ASIN). The paperback already has the cover; the hardcover can be added from Amazon (record with matching ISBN). The other two editions whose ISBNs you listed above do not appear to be on Goodreads yet.
