Same ISBN, different editions

I'd like to add a new edition of Last Chance to See, but am not sure how to go about it.

The edition I want to add (Amazon link) has the same ISBN (009953679X) than the book I linked to above, but the cover, edition date, number of pages, blurb and some of the contents (fore- and afterwords) are different.

Should I simply add the new edition and mention it's an alternation edition of ISBN 009953679X in the librarian notes for the book?

I thought that since there were so many differences between the two editions, adding an alternate cover edition wouldn't cut it.
