Ooo Amra, I love the Historian. I've read it a few times and it is a favorite. I am currently reading The Kite Runner

But I really liked the Giver. And it was hard to stomach the things they had to put Jonas through! I can't wait to read Gathering Blue.
I know, once I realized that it was a quartet, my heart nearly exploded. I can't believe I haven't read them yet!
Just finished
, now I'm concentrating on
. I read The Giver for the first time last year too, Stephanie. I thought it was good as dystopian novels go. I need to read the rest of the quartet though - and Wonder too. So many books, so little time!!!
Sarah Noffke was kind enough to send me the final book in her Lucidite Trilogy so I'll be starting
A.S.A.P. I plan to continue Graceling as well because I'd like to try to keep up with 1 book in the group for once!
Just finished
Angelfall, is was SO good. Has anyone else read this series? I am going to go ahead and buy the second book
just so I can read it right now, and I believe the third comes out next month.
Finished
and just posted my review! Now I will be able to focus more energy on finishing
and at least starting:
or maybe
(I can't decide, Princess of Thorns is shorter so should be a quicker listen, but Partials has been on my TBR list a lot longer...)
I am currently reading Sister Carrie for my 19th Century American Novel class and I love it so far!

I'll let you know my thoughts when I start :)
I'm trying to finish a nonfiction book, The Romanov Sisters, but I'm also making my way through Throne of Glass.

Really good so far!"I read this in February this year. It started off so well in my opinion. Look forward to hearing what you think when you are finished :)
I just started reading
Trying to keep an open mind and low expectations for this one as it has been hyped up a little recently and usually I get disappointed when something is really hyped up.
Listening to the last few chapters of
I think I read it when I was younger, not realizing it was book #2 in the Giver quartet by Lois Lowry. So I'm re-reading it as I make my way through the quartet. I think it'd be interesting to live in either of the worlds Lowry has created in this book or
. I'm excited to see what awaits in the next 2 books.

I just got Gathering Blue from the library, as I'm making my way through the series. I read the book when I was younger too! Didn't realize it was second in the series. Are you enjoying it?

So the De javu is killing it a little for me, but I can't remember the ending so it still feels like reading it for the first time haha. I'm interested to see what awaits in the other two books of the quarter.
Really loving this and getting back into the series after about a years break. Really wanting to get the rest of the series read before the new Series starts in January next year.
Red RisingSo far so good :)
I'm also reading What to Expect When You're Expected: A Fetus's Guide to the First Three Trimesters with my husband cause we're having a baby!
