Teaser Attention this is Tessa from the future, this is not in fact the teaser, I don't really know what it is, a snip bit I guess. For my real Teaser look below for my Rumpelstiltskin retelling...

So I lied, that previous little snip bit was not the story teaser, because once I actually sat down and began to write the story I came up with a better one, so here it is...

2 paragraphs down approximately 50 more to go. I don't know how you guys do this.

Hey, Tessa! Since you've got me writing 4000 words, I've decided to do this in parts. Part 1 is ready and waiting for you. It actually fulfils most of the criteria - only missing a deaf character and the plot twist. It's in my Writing Challenges - Complete folder (even though it's technically not complete) :)

That's fine take your time Travis, I'll go check it out.
Hello! I am SO SO SO sorry but I won't be able to give you my challenge! I'm out of all challenges I was in and want to be in until further notice! Something in my family came up! I might not be on here for a little bit! Again, I'm REALLY sorry!

You can either post it here under a spoiler ( so it doesn't take up as much space), or you can post it in your own folder.

Never mind! The family thing is fixed! Sorry for the confusion... I'm back in my challenge!

This challenge is finally complete! It's in my folder with four parts (only because it didn't fit in a couple). Enjoy! Let me know if the twist worked :)

P.s. I wrote that prologue when I was about 12 for a novel I was going but ended up not. My young agge is probably why the prologue is so disconnected and confusing. I also wrote the first chapter or so of this book and had a pretty clear idea on how it was going to go, so it will be interesting to see how you interpret it.
It's probably going to be the complete opposite. I'm not all that familiar with the time period, but I'll give it a shot.
Okay good luck. It has to be better than what I came up with in 7th grade, which was pretty weird.
Thanks! I just finished writing it and am about to post, but I wouldn't completely discredit the story. I thought the prologue was well-written and unique. It definitely was a twist for me when you pulled out the word Guardian. Unfortunately, that part of the story where they find out what is in store for them isn't in my page. :P
Wow that was quick. I'll go read it.
Of cource, you have another week.
Scusi, signorina? (Another challenge*), grazie.

I've been sick for over a week so I haven't been able to put very much work into my challenge. Can I have an extension? I was given until tomorrow initially.

That's such a great picture, as you know, "A picture is worth a thousand words." Is that a lame quote to pull out in the writing community? :P
Do what? Would you like me to make you a challenge. These challenges are personalized, one per person, but I;ll make you one if you ask for it.
