Chapter 2: ~The Unexpected Visitor~

¨I didn't get any sleep last night¨, I said in a sluggish tone.

¨Why not¨? said Darren.

¨Oh, nothing", I told him. "My mom was giving me a hard time about my bike¨.

¨By the way, how did the painting go¨?, asked Lizzy.

¨We painted the living room wall red, then my mom brought paintings¨, I said. When we get to the school, I noticed someone leaning against the school gate walls. I saw a flash of black hair.

“It was that boy!!!” I thought. ¨Hey guys, can you go on ahead I have something I need to do¨, I told them.

They both nodded and went inside the school.

I walked over to the boy with a purpose. ¨What are you doing here¨?, I asked him.

¨I saw the back of your school jacket yesterday¨, he said.

¨What¨?, I said.

¨Home Of The Wolfs¨, he explained.

¨No, That's not what I mean¨ I told him. "I meant what are you doing at my school!" I could hear talking and snickering behind me.

¨I wanted to ask you a question¨ he said.

¨Can it wait till later¨, I said to him.

¨How will I be able to find you¨?, he asked.

I considered this. ¨Ok, look. Here's my home address, I muttered writing it in my notebook and tearing it off handing it to him.



¨Thanks¨, he simply said.

¨Now, can you do me a favor and leave", I echoed before running inside the school letting the crowd of kids swallow me up.

' I get the whole point of the address thing, but why would she give her address to a total stranger? (Regardless if he's saved her or not) My suggestion is that instead of giving him the house give him something like the park, maybe even the Smoothie Robot!
