Okay. She is approved, but you might want to change her age to 5-11.

Yes, HG stands for Hunger Games. Aelia is a character that someone made, and is going to be in Hunger Games 10 (HG10)
So you’ll wait for the 11th (or maybe 10 idk?) games to start, and then you role play with your character. While your waiting you can role play in your characters district. There’s more specific rules but I hope that summed it up alittle bit for you.
So, you make a character, then you go to the topic, Reaping Day, and put your characters name there. Then that character will be reaped (chosen) to participate in one of the Hunger Games, which is a fight to the death between everyone's characters.
Not yet, you have to wait until HG8 and HG9 are finished.

Alright, your questions may have already been answered, but if not.
HG11 and HG12 are the hunger games. The hunger games are numbered and we are so far up to 9 but those will be future hunger games that your characters might be in (depending on how full the other hunger games are). HG is just an abbreviation.
The reaping topic: basically, if your character goes to the hunger games they first get 'reaped.' in the book, there will be a choosing in each district, where one boy and one girl get chosen randomly. However, in this rp to make it less confusing, the one girl/one boy thing doesn't matter and there can be more than 2 characters from each district. So basically to enter your characters in the hunger games, you have to post their name, age and district in the topic marked 'reaping' (or something like that) just to be sure they get into the games.
Yes. If your character is older than the age range for the quarter quell, they can be included in hunger games 11 or 12 (depending on how quickly HG11 fills up)

She went to live with an uncle who made watches and clockwork toys for the capital. He taught her about clockwork, but disappeared when she was fourteen. Laura then began to work at a local factory, fixing electronics that had gone wrong once they reached the capital. Last year she learned that her parents and uncle had been part of an unsuccessful plot to overthrow the Capital. Laura has mixed feelings on the Capital, for one thing it killed her family, on the other hand, they were trying to start a revolution, and revolutions caused death and destruction. She prefers to stay away from confusing political questions and instead focus on machines and computers. Lovely predictable, logical, machines and computers.

She is beautiful and she knows it, and she sees no reason in attempting to ‘beautify’ herself like the other girls do.
Personality: Likes admiration, but prefers doing things to impress herself rather than things to impress others. Prefers doing things that are hard for her rather than winning. Confident, Feels that boys being attracted to her is useful, but doesn’t care for boy friends or romance. Loves fun, but her definition of fun is different from other people’s, and often involves doing dangerous and hard things. Doesn’t mind killing if she doesn’t know or like the person, but if she likes the person, she will find it impossible. Independent, doesn’t like being told what to do, and will often fail just to spite people who tell her to succeed.
Skills: Swords, Fighting with sword and dagger, Throwing knives, Quick on her feet, Charismatic, people feel attracted to her and she can convince them of most anything, Painting, Lying, Very intelligent and creative.
Weakness: Gets attached to people she likes, especially people younger and weaker then she is and will help them, feels bad about killing the defenseless, and will avoid it. Just a bit overconfident, Wouldn’t pass up a challenge unless it is dangerous to someone she cares for (though not herself), Holds grudges infinitely, Will do almost anything to spite people who tell her what to do.
Other: A career and an only child, she has been training for the hunger games since she was eight. She holds a grudge against her parents for forcing her to train for and participate in the Hunger Games, and against the Capital for telling her (and all the tributes) that she should kill and fight and try to win.

- she is normally cold and guarded, meaning she normally doesn't show much emotion or care upon first meeting her. she can also be charming and sweet, and she seems to be able to be a combination of both if needed. alessa has tough skin, and it's not easy to rattle her. she is a really shy person when you meet her at first but once you break through her innocent outer shell she can be rather sweet and bubbly. she can be tentative at times but also very fierce when she has to be. alessa can be a little cold as well and tends to guard herself well. she sometimes talks to herself when she's alone. alessa does take a lot of risks for the safety of others.
