Nick opens his eyes. The sunlight burns and he covers his face. "Morning Benji. Ready to go kick some zombie ass?"

"Sounds great." Benji says, still lying on her bunk. "I'm female today, by the way."

"Cool. What do you want for breakfast? I've been working on a special plant fertilizer so we can get fresh vegetables faster."

Benji stood up. "Or... we could go check out that ice cream shop around the corner. I've heard that the freezer still works."

"Sounds nutritious!" Nick chuckles and grabs his handguns. "Let's go."

Benji grabbed her spear off the wall. "Follow my lead."

Nick grabs his syringe with the zombie antidote on the way out. "Gotcha."

Nick stumbles into the room. "I'm back."

"Hey." Benji says, looking up. "How's the ear?"

"It's been better. I can still hear though. It's just kinda fuzzy."

"oh hey" Hollis walks out of the kitchen and sits on the couch

"Thanks for saving my ass back there Hollis. I appreciate it."

Clair nervously walked into his trailer her hand in his. She thanked God Benji wasn’t in it.

"Thank god Benji isn't here. He'd give me a horrible time about this."

She swallowed and sat on the edge of his bed. “About what?” She looked down at her hands rubbing them together nervously.

"Oh, Benji just enjoys messing with me. It's ok. Um, I have a couple old horror movies. Do you want to watch a few? This apocalypse has pretty much made me fear-proof." Nick chuckles.

She smiles. “Yea. Sure. Just not Scream please.”

"Sounds great." They eventually fall asleep watching the movies.

Clair cuddles herself against his side her head on his chest. She yawns as her eyes began to flutter open.

Hollis knocks on the door "hey were back" she begins to unlock the door

“Nick, is somebody in there with you?” Benji calls, sounding amused.

Hollis starts snickering "yea ok we're coming in" she unlock the door and starts to open it

Clair sits straight up pulling down her tank top that had ridden up her torso. “Nick.” She said shaking him.

Hollis can't hold it, she bursts out laughing. in tears she says "well be back in a bit" she nods to her trailer "come on im sure we got some extra ice cream" she closes the door
